Weird News

1:13:29: Good Smile Company apparently invested in 4chan, which is not quite what you’d expect them to do, but they did.

1:17:10: Crunchyroll acquiring EDENS ZERO Season 2 is not weird news. The circumstances, which involves Netflix licensing Season 1, and then a French company called Mediatoon getting Season 2 worldwide streaming rights, makes it super strange. Then just add the fact that supposedly Kodansha struck a deal to stream Kodansha titles on Disney+ and yet this didn’t wind up on either platform in the US makes this weird as heck.

1:19:00: Kuso Miso Technique is getting an anime!…April Fools! This was announced on April 1, so good joke guys.

…Wait…this IS a joke right…?

1:22:42: Junji Ito’s Bloodsucking Darkness and the Street Fighter franchise are going to be involved in Hollywood shenanigans, and Justin just can’t believe these people are doing this to their fans.

1:23:18: Well, at least we know why Stu’s stepping back from TOKYOPOP — he’s working with a company in Saudi Arabia to produce anime!
