12:30: Localization company Local Manga…will have an owner change at the end of 2022. Based on some of the freelancers that worked for the company, it seems like it was a long time coming.
14:00: Golden Kamuy Season 4 is now on indefinite delay as incredibly sad news occurred: a key member of their staff passed away. Justin and Helen wonder who it could’ve been to have this big of a delay, but our condolences to family and friends of the person who passed away.
16:54: Tomori Kusunoki will step down from the role of Setsuna Yuki/NANA Nakagawa in the Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club franchise, as she’s been diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome; Marika Konno will limit her work activities after being diagnosed with adjustment disorder – Talent agency Aoni Production noted she’s been in poor health since mid-October.
18:36: Kageki Shojo!! is on a one-issue break due to personal loss over a short span for Kumiko Saiki; The Vampire Dies in No Time will be on a one-month hiatus due to Itaru Bonnoki’s health; The Most Heretical Last Boss Queen: From Villainess to Savior manga based on the LNs has been cancelled due to Bunko Matsuura’s health; and Black Clover will be on a two-week break due to his health as well.

30:36: This was the news that probably caught many people unawares — Japanese company KADOKAWA has acquired Anime News Network. Justin and Helen basically discuss what this actually means for both ANN and KADOKAWA, and how COVID-19 seemingly has affected how companies have operated over the past couple years.

43:56: What else can be added to the list of Twitter issues, drama, etc since Musk took over? The creator of Magical Girl Site asking Twitter’s new CEO for royalties due to art posted without permission.
46:23: November 6, 2022 — the day when Sword Art Online launched. Yep, the anime back ages ago noted this, and now it is indeed the day where people who played and then died in the game died in real life. Palmer Luckey apparently also decided to note this as well.
48:21: Finally! Ash Ketchum has become a World Champion! Millions of Pokemon fans old and new rejoiced.
50:04: Think you need to be a bit more careful about what you sell, which one person ended up finding out when he tried to sell a bootleg copy of the debut issue of Dragon Ball.
50:45: Makoto Shinkai’s Suzume official Twitter account and website announced on Wednesday that it will collaborate with 47 companies simultaneously — one in each prefecture in Japan — to market the film. Whopping appears to be accurate in this case.
51:15: Apparently someone has asked how Bleach tastes: I think it’s safe to say the two hosts aren’t interested in finding out.
51:58: G Fuel and Dragon Ball Z is more of a possible drink to have, and that’s the latest collaboration that’s occurring now.
52:43: Tatsuki Fujimoto has to essentially fight the Twitter devil as many things occurred with his “sister’s” Twitter account that got it suspended and forced the creator to not only create another account but then post concept sketches to prove his identity.
55:47: Justin says goodbye to ice hockey girls work PuraOre!, they found out the hard way it’s really tough to launch a mixed-media franchise.
57:08: One day someone will figure out what Drake was doing going on a hentai barrage on Instagram. We will not want to know more than likely.
