4:01: KyoAni released a statement regarding what happened July 18, and explained their desire to continue creating anime as they recover from this tragedy.
9:48: Sentai Filmworks is getting some funding from Cool Japan. That raises a few eyebrows considering Cool Japan’s past.
12:10: The Tokyo Olympics are almost here, and that means bringing over some very known artists to work on some projects for it.
14:04: So about that Crunchyroll x Funimation partnership…it still exists, but there are limits on how it works for the foreseeable future. See: what titles and what versions exist for both.
