Main Topic: Spring Anime 2025 First Impressions

23:00: Justin and Helen gather around to discuss a spring season that’s shockingly tame compared to some years past — at least in terms of interesting anime for the hosts! This once again gets into the across the board fragmentation when it comes to official anime streaming and the type of anime being animated too (26:21), but the hosts do get into anime they’re liking or at least attempting to like — Umamusume: Cinderella Gray, Witch Watch, Kowloon Generic Romance, and Gundam GQuuuuuuX seem to be the standouts so far.

Weird News

1:14:27: Not too much weird news to discuss, but the hosts do have some weird news — starting with Cygames and the Kentucky Derby announcing a partnership, which means Umamusume will be somewhere on national TV.

1:17:08: Yep, AI continues to be a presence when you least want it, expect it, etc…and then we get the use of it in a manner where some people got arrested for it. Obscenity laws exist boys and girls…
