58:21: The Supreme Court of Japan decided to void a ruling that sentenced 47-year-old Jong Hyon Pak, former deputy editor of Kodansha’s Morning magazine, over the death of his wife, Kanoko, in 2016. The court has ordered a retrial.

58:52: Amazon’s going to be laying off a ton of employees; Megaton Musashi has to delay episodes again; KanColle Season 2 had to delay its fourth episode due to production circumstances.

1:00:15: World Trigger is going on a 1-month break due to Ashihara’s health; Shigeno’s MF Ghost will go on indefinite hiatus due to his health; voice actress Yume Miyamoto will go on a brief hiatus due to her health, but will work with restrictions.

1:01:16: Power Rangers actor Jason David Frank passed away at 49, with Deadline reporting that their sources indicated it was suicide; Cosplay photographer Kevin Lillard passed away November 8; niece noted on the announcement that he was battling major health issues.

1:02:24: Sentai Filmworks has licensed Revisions, which was only available on Netflix.

Weird News

1:03:18: The Cooking Mama: Cookstar game release has been ruled unlawful after this first was brought up back in 2020.

1:04:47: Not the guy who was the lead person for Sonic the Hedgehog back in the day! And yes, this was part of an ongoing story involving Square Enix, insider trading, and Dragon Quest Tact.

1:06:43: Another work is getting turned into a Hollywood live-action, but since Streets of Rage is a video game maybe it’ll see the light of day.

1:07:13: Furano City’s select committee for budget audits deemed the Furano-focused episode of the Dropkick on My Devil! X anime as inappropriate, so they will not be funding it. The plotline that they thought was inappropriate is…not what you think!
